"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I accidentally ordered the wrong case and had to send it back, and while the refund did eventually come through and everything worked out in the end, it took longer than I thought it would, support didn’t get back to me until a few days later, and the whole thing wasn’t awful or anything, just a little more drawn out and less smooth than I was hoping for...

"Solid case, honestly no complaints"
I got my case from case-custom.com a little while back and it’s been really good, I’ve already dropped my phone a few times, once getting out of the car and another time on the kitchen floor, and somehow there are still no cracks, no dents, nothing weird going on with the corners, so I’m happy with it. The edges feel sturdy, it doesn’t have that cheap flimsy feel, and overall it’s a simple case that just does what it’s supposed to do.

This case fits my phone perfectly. The buttons are easy to press, and the camera cutout lines up exactly where it should. it feels like a solid, no-fuss case and I don’t have anything to complain about.

"Shipping was fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
The case showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying but not the end of the world. What bugged me more were the constant reminders/messages, they felt aggressive for a simple order. Overall, it was okay, just slower and more pushy than I’d like
